2330.070 Use of Facilities and Administrative Costs Policy and Procedure
To ensure compliance with Florida law that prescribes how facilities and administrative costs received by the University for sponsored projects may be expended by the University.
F&A received by the University shall be used for the operation of the Office of Research as required by applicable Florida law.
The Vice President for Research may determine how F&A may be distributed to University units and/or PIs if such distribution is in the best interest of the research mission of the University.
The Office of Research shall process such F&A distribution to the applicable University unit's or PI's F&A Department ID.
