2350.060 Purchase or Receipt of Items Requiring EH&S Prior Approval Policy
The PI on a sponsored project must obtain EH&S prior written approval for the purchase or receipt of any hazardous/biohazardous materials. Such approval is essential in order for the University and the PI to comply with applicable federal and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, use, storage and disposal of these regulated materials.
