1660.060 HIPAA Privacy: Accounting of Disclosures of Protected Health Information Policy and Procedure
To establish a patient’s right to request an accounting of disclosures of their PHI as described in the HIPAA Privacy Rule and state law, and to provide direction to the FIU Components regarding the requirements to track disclosures and provide an accounting of disclosures of PHI to patients.
