The University awards at the undergraduate level the Associate in Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and professional degrees.

Degree requirements vary among programs and are published in the Undergraduate Catalog.

Florida International University tracks students’ progress in achieving their stated goals. When an undergraduate student completes his or her degree requirements as confirmed by the Dean or designee of the student’s program and is eligible to be awarded a degree, the University reserves the right to award the degree. Once FIU awards a degree to a student, the student’s academic history associated with the degree cannot be changed.
