350.001 Employment of Foreign Nationals in Visa Categories
The employment-based visas generally utilized at the University are H-1B, TN, and J-1.
The Optional Practical Training (OPT) status is also utilized to employ foreign nationals, and in exceptional circumstances, O-1 visas.
