185.006 Sex Offenders on Campus Policy
In compliance and pursuant to Florida Statute § 1006.695, the University will notify the University community when a sexual predator or sexual offender is enrolled, employed or carrying on vocation at FIU and provide information as to where sexual offender registration details can be obtained.
